Core Responsibilities

  • Ensure efficient execution of LEGO retail marketing campaigns and events for stores in Western Europe
  • Execute a calendar of store events, working alongside the relevant team Campaign Managers
  • Leverage opportunities to drive footfall to the stores
  • Support our flagship stores with dedicated or up-graded campaigns
  • Step up marketing communication with store teams
  • Support the rest of the team with ad-hoc support on specific campaigns and projects

This role sits in LEGO Retail Regional Marketing that supports our business in WE & REEMEA. We are responsible for taking the global campaign plans and implementing them locally for both Stores and LEGO.com.

We’re also responsible for locally driven activity such as PR, Events, Store Openings, Local & Proximity Marketing and integration with the Market Groups and Business Units.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Substantial experience in retail or trade marketing, including expert knowledge of in store shoppers touchpoints, retail marketing operations and experience of delivering in store events
  • Experience in performing Marketing campaigns across multiple marketing channels
  • Hands on experience in developing in store material including working with external agencies
  • Ability to turn shoppers insights into action
  • Project and time management expertise
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Resilience, energy, passion and positive attitude
  • High results orientation with a can do attitude
  • Collaboration skills and ability to engage with all different levels of the organisation
  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a dynamic, fast running cross-functional team
  • Strong teammate spirit
  • English – Advanced
  • Not crucial but beneficial – European language skills (especially German / French)
