In the role of our PPC Campaign Manager, you will work closely with our marketing team to develop and create the campaigns and strategies for all our paid advertising accounts, which cover our large range of consumer and professional level sound and light equipment for the entertainment industry.
With your prior experience in creating and overseeing paid advertising campaigns, managing budget approvals and executing commercial strategies with a focus on increasing profits and sales on our e-commerce platforms, you'll fit right in!
This role is hands-on and is perfect for someone who's self-motivated, upbeat and has a genuine interest in paid advertising and its various channels.

Here's a glimpse at what you'll be doing:
- Managing all paid advertising accounts across Google AdWords, Google Shopping, P-Max, Bing and Affiliates on a daily basis.
- Planning, developing, implementing, tracking, and optimising all paid marketing campaigns and channels.
- Unearthing trends and insights, optimising account spend and performance based on data insights.
- Developing campaign strategies, conducting keyword research, competitor analysis, and continually testing and optimising.
- Monitoring keyword bids, budget caps, impression share, quality scores, and all top-tier account metrics.
- Collaborating with internal teams to refine campaigns and deliver optimised performance results.
- Creating new paid search campaigns, ad groups, and accounts, and helping launch new paid search marketing initiatives.
- Increasing CTR, quality score, conversions, conversion rates while lowering CPC.
- Implementing landing page optimization and creative copy testing and optimization.
- Providing recommendations and executing strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, etc. in line with our objectives.
- Reporting to management on project development, timelines, and results.
- Generating weekly and monthly reporting for all major metrics, goal tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives.
- Administering web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and highlighting key areas.
- Implementing A/B, split & multivariate testing across all accounts.
- Maintaining excellent working relations with key departments, managers, and third-party platform suppliers.
- Staying on top of PPC industry trends and developments and implementing new PPC strategies as the market evolves.
