What you will do
As a Senior Campaign Marketer at Bridgit, you will play a key role in helping the marketing team scale and achieve our 2023 objectives. We’re looking for a marketing “Swiss Army Knife” who enjoys wearing many different hats, is detail-oriented and can execute quickly. The Senior Campaign Marketer will develop, execute and maintain marketing programs to meet organizational objectives.
You can expect to:
- Develop, execute and maintain marketing programs (including live prospect and customer events and webinars) to meet organizational objectives.
- Own marketing programs strategy
- Run cross-team collaborative kickoffs
- Own the development of marketing program briefs
- Create effective, compelling positioning and messaging, for marketing programs
- Project manage end to end marketing program execution against committed timelines and within budget
- Set appropriate success KPIs and track measurements to determine impact and ROI
- Work closely with the design & content team to ensure flawless execution of marketing programs
- 3rd party Advertising Management
- Management of assets
- Ensure timelines are being met
- Vendor management
- Work closely with our ABM Marketer to align on strategies for top, middle and bottom of the funnel
- Assists with asset creation when needed
- Attend key in-person events (including conferences, trade shows, and partner events) with various members of the sales, customer and marketing teams
- Conduct post-event and marketing programs evaluations and ROI analysis; report and share results and recommendations
- Continually test, optimize and iterate on marketing tactics
- Build and develop relationships with senior leaders and key stakeholders
