ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an entry level role within the UK client services team, supporting Account Managers and Senior Account Managers with day-to-day tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn more about the affiliate industry, and ideally you should have a can-do attitude and experience of relationship building which you can demonstrate.
Key Role responsibilities
· Demonstrate strong decision making in line with company goals, social, and environmental best practice
· Provide great customer service to our advertisers (clients) and publishers, helping them to set up, launch, manage and grow their affiliate channel
· Support Account Managers with their portfolio of Webgains clients; act as direct liaison on day to day queries, helping with both technical and commercial enquiries
· Send weekly newsletters, review accounts, provide recommendations and conduct competitor benchmarking services
· Provide support to internal Webgains account management team
· Conduct training calls to help clients use our technical platform and improve their program performance

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS
· The ability and desire to prioritise and work in fast paced environment
· Advanced capability with Microsoft office products such as PowerPoint, excel and word
· Enthusiastic learner, seeking knowledge on internet economy and affiliate channel, competitor and subject matter best practice
· Strong time management and organization skills
· Excellent communication skills, oral and written
· A good understanding of affiliate marketing and the UK affiliate landscape
DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS
· Account management experience
· Degree level education with experience in web-based technologies, marketing and management
· Previous experience within a client facing role and in marketing
· Fluent in another European language (preferred Spanish, French, German or Italian)
· Experience of analysing data sets from a wide variety of sources and drawing user and market actionable insights
