Campaign & Engagement – CE (6 months FTC)

We are currently in the early stages of implementing a hybrid working environment, which means that many colleagues spend part of their working hours at home and part in the office, depending on the nature of the role they are in. We’re flexible on how this works and it may continue to change and evolve. Depending on your team, typically this means that colleagues spend a minimum of between 20% to 60% of their time in the office, which could be over a week, a month or a quarter. However, some colleagues may choose to spend more time in the office over a typical period than their role type requires. - Managing and coordinating consistently excellent campaign and engagement strategies for T&D for scale capability workstream
- Developing a comprehensive knowledge of the T&D book of work including run the bank activity and projects, to guide and consult on the communications and engagement strategy
- Enhancing and operationalising a robust communication and stakeholder engagement process and governance for consistently excellent and the scale capability workstream
- You will be responsible for continuously improving processes and ways of working to further enable best practice
- Reviewing communication to ensure they are clear, compelling, tailored to the audience and shared through the most appropriate channel
- Coordinating and managing consistently excellent scale capability campaign and engagement plans with group comms and vendors
- Assisting ad-hoc campaigns/comms projects to assist the consistently excellent book of work for T&D
What we’re looking for:
- Experience working within a governance model, creating and managing complex projects and creating/designing stakeholder engagement plans
- Extensive stakeholder management experience, in a global environment
- Confidently able to prioritise multiple deliverables
- Ability to apply tools and techniques for anticipating, identifying and resolving problems in a diverse range of situations
Skills that will help you in the role:
- Project or programme management skills would be ideal but not essential
- Copy editing and comms writing experience, with a knowledge of brand/ style guides is preferred
- Experience in content and asset creation, as well as working with vendors would help you thrive into this role
- Proof reading/ quality assurance experience would be advantageous

In the heart of Canary Wharf, our headquarters at Churchill Place boasts onsite amenities such as: a gym, staff restaurant and deli bar, and it is easily accessible by tube and bus links. With a population of around 5000 staff the atmosphere is second to none with a real buzz being created around the offices within.
