My client is an innovate and growing business, who specialise within life insurance, and they are looking for “Account Managers” to join their team in Reading on a permanent basis. This is a great entry level role, that offers a fantastic training programme, alongside a supporting management team – your success will be their success!
Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Reading Town Centre
Salary: Basic £22,000 - £24,000, Commission £1,000 per quarter OTE + many other additional perks (health, life and travel insurance, annual salary reviews, study support, to name just a few)
Day to Day Life:
- Targeting “Ready to contact” firms – these companies have asked for a call back , there is no cold calling involved!
- Promoting my clients’ products and propositions to customers and encouraging them to register with the business
- Guide advisors and firms through the registration process
- Generate a high volume of outbound calls and business development (around 25 calls per day)
What we are looking for:
- A good telephone manner is essential for this role
- An eagerness to learn and develop a long-standing career is a must
- Experience within a telephone-based role would be desirable, however is not essential
