Ryanair UK is a Ryanair Group airline based in the UK operating a modern fleet of Boeing 737 aircraft.
Ryanair UK is currently looking for a CAMO Engineer based at the company head office in London Stansted. This role offers attractive challenges and career development & progression within the Ryanair group.
Reporting to the Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining oversight of all continuing airworthiness activities and maintain active control over the tasks performed by our subcontractor.
Duties will include:
- Review and follow up of Safety Reports
- Participate in Management of Change and Safety Risk Assessments
- Assist with audit, SAFA/SANA/ACAM findings and incidents follow up
- Active control over the tasks performed by the subcontractor
- Interface with the UK CAA and ensure UK CAA regulations are complied with
- Compilation of periodic reports for submission to the Chief Engineer
- Accomplish any other duties as may be reasonably directed by the Nominated Person/Deputy
Requirements
- The unrestricted right to work and travel in the UK
- Professional knowledge of English language
- Aeronautical/Mechanical/Electrical/Electronic/Avionic Engineering Degree or EASA/UK CAA Aircraft Maintenance License
- At least 3 years’ experience working in an airline in a CAMO, Tech Services, Compliance Monitoring or Maintenance role
- Understanding of UK CAA Part CAMO, Part M and Part 145 regulations
- Working knowledge of aircraft maintenance & records and technical publications (ADs, SBs, AMM etc.)
- Knowledge of Human Factor and Safety Management principles
- Technical knowledge of the Boeing 737 aircraft would be an advantage
- Computer literate with working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize tasks in multi-tasking situations and to deliver results to tight timelines
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work with minimal supervision in a collaborative team environment
