We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Improvement Coordinator, based in our CAMHS team in Buckinghamshire, to help improve our offer to local Children, Young People and their families with Neuro-Developmental needs.
We are looking for applicants with previous improvement, transformation and coordination experience, the ability to remain calm under pressure and display excellent organisational skills.
The Improvement Coordinator will be required to effectively manage their own workload, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines appropriately to meet the needs of the Trust, the department and associated deadlines. Primarily this role will be working on improving the Neuro-Developmental offer within Buckinghamshire CAMHs.
The post holder will be required to liaise with the multi-disciplinary team, wider professionals, carers and clients in a confident, helpful and effective manner.You will also be required to liaise with partners across the system and partnership, which will require robust communication skills. The post holder should be skilled, enthusiastic and motivated to learn.
