About the Programme
̵ Based in Cambridge
̵ Dates: 13 August – 26/27th August 2023
̵ Working with Chinese University students
̵ This high profile educational and cultural programme has successfully run for many years
̵ A well established programme, successfully combining academic teaching, guest lectures, academic excursions, social events, cultural visits and weekend excursions
Role Description
̵ To work closely with the programme organizer to ensure that the programme is delivered smoothly and effectively;
--To help and assist the students to make the most of the programme and achieve an enjoyable educational and cultural experience in Cambridge and the UK
̵ To guide and manage the group and give information for scheduled activities, events and visits, mainly in Cambridge in the afternoon or evening and weekend day trips to London, Oxford as well as Blenheim Palace and Bicester village.
Applicant Requirements
University student, graduate and school teacher with good knowledge of Cambridge and Cambridge University are welcome to apply.
Other requirements include:
̵ Be interested in international educational and cultural exchange. Previous experience of working with student groups and events would be an advantage.
̵ Be a confident speaker and happy to work with student group
̵ Working Language required is English
̵ Be friendly, sociable and responsible.
̵ Be confident in leading and guiding the group in London and Oxford etc and be able to give good introduction to places of interests. Detailed tour/trip itineraries provided.
