That is why your contribution as a Room Service Supervisor is so important. As our Room Service Supervisor, you will lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.
Park Plaza Westminster Bridge is our largest hotel with 1019 bedrooms and very busy Room Service Operations.
We are looking for a Room Service Supervisor
- Who ensures our Room Service, Executive Lounge and Minibar operations run smoothly that make guests want to return
- Who can inspire, coach and mentor Room Service team members
- Who is passionate about exceeding guests’ expectations
- Who shares our values: Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, Care
- With previous experience as a Room Service Supervisor/ Room service waiter/waitress
As a Room Service Supervisor, you will receive:
- Two wellness days per year, meaning all team members start with 30 days of holiday per year (pro rata) – these increase with service!
- Salary: £13.00 per hour plus Service Charge
- Two meals per day, every day (including days off if you wish to come in!)
