We’re making life at home better for everyone. We’re looking for a Call out Heating Engineer to join our team. This is a fundamental role to support our ambition to continually grow the business.
What you’ll do
- Attend Remedial/Callout Jobs to rectify issues after Installations
- Complete Installations periodically
- Complete annual Boiler Services
- Attend one off Boiler repairs for non BOXT customers
- Carry out WIP and Post Audits on Installations
- Delivery of customer service excellence. Ensure that all customers receive accurate advice that is relevant to their circumstances.
- Be the face of BOXT to our customers.
- Communicating clearly with customers, engineers, and other employees
- Adhere to all relevant legislation, Manufacturing regulations and Company policies and procedures.
Who you are
- Have current ACS qualifications (CPA1, CCN1, CENWAT)
- A minimum of 5 years boiler servicing/breakdown and repair experience and fault-finding skills on all domestic gas boilers.
- Hold a clean driver’s licence,
- Clean DBS check
- CKR1 and HTR1, unvented hot water, LPG qualifications are desirable.
