We have fantastic opportunities for Call Operatives to join our busy commercial roadside assistance team here at Zenith!
The team are responsible for taking all incoming calls regarding breakdowns, defects and repairs in our commercial fleet, and for escalating these queries to the right points of contact in strict timescales that ensure our customers are back on the road as soon as possible.
This is a busy and fast growing department, and the ideal environment for an individual with previous experience in Customer Service and in managing multiple queries in strict timescales. Enthusiasm and a positive, strong work ethic are crucial, we can train you with the rest!
Our roadside assistance team are dealing with high volumes of urgent enquiries where immediate assistance is required, so a passion for problem solving and a proven ability to work in an organised and fast paced capacity is absolutely key.
Responsibilities include;
- Answering incoming calls and distributing appropriately
- Taking down clear and concise information
- Storing and reporting crucial details on our database
- Liaising closely with various contacts and teams across the business to ensure that all relevant enquiries are communicated
- Ensuring that all queries are resolved by updating with Key Account Managers and Operations Manager
