Call Handler – Commercial Team - Part Time/Weekends

We are pleased to be currently looking for Call Handlers to join our busy team and help us in our mission to provide the best customer service out there.
This role primarily exists to manage the day-to-day overflow calls of our sister companies and also our own phone lines. Ranging from dealing with small car breakdowns to logging details of serious incidents and RTC’s. Most definitely a varied role and no two calls will ever be quite the same.
Location – Manchester/Wythenshawe M22 4TE
Salary – 13/15K PA based on the candidate and experience - Overtime readily available but not expected
Working Hours – 12 noon till 12 midnight Saturday and Sunday

About you
You should have a good standard of education, IT skills and excellent communication skills. You should have a caring attitude and a genuine desire to help people whilst being able to remain calm under pressure, demonstrate resilience and common sense.
Previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage, although training and support will be provided.

- Always professional and confident
- Ability to use technical skills to problem solve and make decisions
- The ability to empathise with customers and hold difficult conversations where needed
- Able to operate and prioritise tasks within a changing and fast-moving environment
- Excellent telephone communication and administrative skills, both written and verbal, and able to communicate at all levels of business
- Able to learn and understand new systems
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £13,000.00-£15,000.00 per year
