Call Handler - Teldoc Telford, England
Job description
Due to continued expansion, an opportunity has become available to work in our Teldoc Call Centre team based in our Integrated Care Navigation Centre in Telford.
You will be responsible for greeting patients on the telephone, care navigation, booking appointments and answering queries in a professional and caring manner.
As the successful candidate, you will have a strong customer service/administrative background, have excellent attention to detail, strong IT skills, work well within a team, independently and under pressure. You must be able to communicate effectively, have empathy and patience to deal with a high volume of queries from patients and NHS professionals. We have a patient list size of over 49,000 patients across multiple sites.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Salary: From £10.72 per hour
