Call Handler- Full Time- Permanent

Basic Information:
Salary:£19,760 – OTE £22k - £24k
Bonus: Average is £200 to £800 per month
Hours: Monday to Friday – 10am – 7pm
Location: Sheffield – S11
Role:
- Speaking to new and existing customers
- Building rapport quickly
- Have great product knowledge
- Advising customers on suitable products and services
- Working towards targets
- Objection handling
- Providing great customer service
