Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Band 3 NHS Patient Relations Call Handler to work within the University Hospitals of Birmingham on a 3 month ongoing temporary agency contact.
Hours
37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Rates
£12.03 PAYE paid weekly through direct engagement
Subject to Holidays and Pension payments
Main Duties
- PALS Telephone Helpline support
- Call Handing duties - dealing with signposting and new enquiries (responsible for both internal and external enquiries)
- Maintain written and verbal communication with enquirers/ complainants as necessary
- Assist enquirers with their understanding of the process of making a compliant
- Input and look up data on Trust IT systems in accordance with Trust policy access in order to obtain information
- Print out contact sheets, complaints packs, travel claim forms and ex-gratia claim forms in order to maintain supplies
- Arrange meetings and appointments as required
- General administrative support as and when required
