Job description

Service Care Solutions are currently recruiting for a Band 3 NHS Patient Relations Call Handler to work within the University Hospitals of Birmingham on a 3 month ongoing temporary agency contact.

Hours
37.5 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

Rates
£12.03 PAYE paid weekly through direct engagement
Subject to Holidays and Pension payments

Main Duties

PALS Telephone Helpline support
Call Handing duties - dealing with signposting and new enquiries (responsible for both internal and external enquiries)
Maintain written and verbal communication with enquirers/ complainants as necessary
Assist enquirers with their understanding of the process of making a compliant
Input and look up data on Trust IT systems in accordance with Trust policy access in order to obtain information
Print out contact sheets, complaints packs, travel claim forms and ex-gratia claim forms in order to maintain supplies
Arrange meetings and appointments as required
General administrative support as and when required
