This role is an immediate start, ongoing position working as a Call Handler for an expanding travel company based in York. This is an exciting opportunity, and will lead to a role for the right candidate! As a call handler you will; Take incoming calls from customers regarding their new and existing holiday bookings Price up for any add ons and excursions for the customer Advising customers on holidays of interest to them Putting bookings through the internal systems Deliver quality customer service at all times Immediate start with weekly pay|Potential to turn As the successful Call Handler you will; Have previous customer service experience whether that be face to face or over the phone (office based, retail, hospitality etc) Be confident speaking with people over the phone and email Happy to work in a busy team environment whilst using own initiative Able to start at short notice This role is an immediate start, ongoing position working as a Call Handler for an expanding travel company based in York.
