We are looking for experienced and talented Call Centre Team Members to join our Head Office Team

The Role
As a Call Centre Team Member, your role will include:
- To be an ambassador for the company and create a welcoming atmosphere for the customers.
- A ‘can do’ attitude who values being part of a successful team
- Ensure you create and complete orders for customers over the phone, taking payments over the phone
- Providing good customer service to the customer, serving, upselling and promoting sales.
The Person
The Ideal candidate will have:
- Competent and proficent in completing orders through an online platform.
- The ability to work on your own or as part of a team.
- Flexibility towards working hours, including evenings and weekends, there may be an element of work from home.
- Experience gained within a retail environment is desirable
