Reports to : Team Leader / Assistant Team Leader
Job Purpose : To be the first point of contact for all customers by answering incoming
Calls, inputting jobs into the taxi booking system to meet the customers
transportation needs. Convey a high profile of the company by offering
quality customer service. This position requires control, multi-tasking, honesty and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
· Receive calls from customers.
· To answer the telephone in a polite and appropriate manner.
· To take customers booking accurately. Ensuring correct time, date, and pick-up point.
· To ensure airport and return bookings have all required information
· Ensure customers are given a correct estimated time as given by the Shift Supervisors.
· Memorise and use codes (correctly) whenever possible.
· Give drivers correct information on driver notes and limit abbreviations where possible.
· Administer special requests for services: cars, number of passengers, pets, low/high vehicles etc.
· Follow company rules and regulations of Britannia Radio Cars
· All employees are responsible for ensuring company resources are used in an effective manner to ensure best operating costs.
· Maintaining a high level of timekeeping is essential.
· Maintaining a high standard of housekeeping at work space and communal areas

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8 per week
Salary: From £10.42 per hour
Schedule:
- Every weekend
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekends only
Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Liverpool: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- A-Level or equivalent (required)
