We are looking to recruit Life Insurance lead generators with experience only.

LEAD GENERATORS - WORK FROM HOME OPTION AVAILABLE

Hours and Salary : 9.45 till 5.45 Monday to Thursday Friday 9.45 till 5 - NO WEEKEND WORK

We'll give you the resources, do you have the desire and skills.

For this role , it is essential to have minimum 1 YEAR Experience promoting Life Insurance products

We are looking to recruit experienced, energetic Telesales agents and expand our winning team.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year experience in promoting Life Insurance
• Proven track record in lead generation /call centre/ telesales experience .
• Experienced in generating life insurance leads essential.
• Good knowledge of computer programmes and telephone dallier systems.
• Experience working on outbound campaigns
• Experienced in managing targets and KPIs
• Professional and dynamic telephone manner.
• Minimum Secondary education.

Roles and responsibilities:

• This is an outbound sales role where your main responsibilities will be generating life insurance leads that will be sent to our team of Insurance consultants to review,
• Your role will require you to build rapport and generate genuine interest in the Life Insurance services that are provided by our company by contacting outbound enquiries and to review the clients existing policy or set them a new one if the need is established.
• You will have script of 12 questions to complete prior to transferring the enquiry to an Insurance consultant.
• The products you will be discussing will include Life Insurance, Family protection, Mortgage Protection, Critical Illness and Over 50's Policies.
