Yearly Salary: £21,255 (increases after 6, 12 and 24 months!)
Job Description: Call centre employment advisor for Kura working within the medical sector in Glasgow, in a work-from-home position.
Duration: Full-time, permanent position- Hourly rate: £10.90 an hour with regular salary reviews
- Location: Work from home (First 90 days will be office based)
- Working hours: 5 Week rotational shift.
- As part of the foundation living wage programme, we provide a salary of £10.90 p/h
- 3 x weeks of In-depth training from 9 am – 5:30 pm M-F
- 4 x weeks in our grad bay area with extended support (M-f 9 – 5:30)
- The opportunity to join a fantastic team AND work from home after training is complete
- A great shift pattern over a 5-week rotation

Key Responsibilities
As an employment advisor, working for our call centre in customer service, you will be handling phone calls, emails, and webchats from professionals in the medical industry.

We will give you all the training and support you need to actively provide advice regarding contractual arrangements and entitlement, as well as guidance within statutory employment law, for employees within an NHS setting.
With strong attention to detail, you will effectively manage your own cases while remaining compliant at all times to ensure our members are provided the best possible service.
- 1 year + Customer service experience in a contact centre
- Ability to adapt and learn
- Computer literacy
