Working in a busy call centre, within a friendly and professional team. You will mainly be taking inbound calls. You may be required to answer queries (defined benefits and defined contributions) via email and be asked to provide support to the administration and customer service team.
Objectives of this role:
Generate quality leads to expand our customer base
Meet or exceed sales goals and contribute to month-over-month growth
Position our company as the category and industry leader
Maximise efficiency in winning and closing sales
Generate new-customer leads Present and up sell company offerings...
Skills needed:
Strong client focus, excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels, analytical skills to be able to interpret data and trends.
Leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop staff, a desire to help others work towards targets and develop their skills.
The ability to set, meet and exceed targets. A flexible attitude and the ability to manage change.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,863.00-£25,391.00 per year
