Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our call centre. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
  • Identifying and assessing customer needs to provide accurate and effective solutions
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Providing excellent customer service in accordance with company standards and procedures
  • Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and team success

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
  • Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred
