We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in our call centre. In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries promptly and professionally
- Identifying and assessing customer needs to provide accurate and effective solutions
- Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Providing excellent customer service in accordance with company standards and procedures
- Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction and team success
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; some college coursework or degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service skills and ability to handle difficult customer situations with tact and professionalism
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Previous call centre or customer service experience preferred
