Call Centre Agent - Customer Service
Monday to Friday
Warrington
Start Dates: 9th or 23rd May 2023
Role:
You will be speaking with new and existing customers, providing them with an excellent service. You will receive calls regarding payments, setting up direct debits, billing enquiries, resolving issues and handling complaints.
We are looking for:
- Previous customer service experience
- Experience within complaint handling
- Experience working towards targets or deadlines
- Great communication
