Title: Helpdesk Analyst

Overall Purpose of Position:

Assist the Help Desk supervisor with overall Help Desk customer satisfaction by providing technical assistance with computer systems, hardware, mobile devices, and software. Provide technical support as the first point of contact to email, phone, or chat requests and offer technical support to customers on all automated systems within the Crestwood Group.

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in IT Help Desk operations
  • Must possess a high school diploma or GED
  • Experience with ManageEngine Service Desk tools or other similar help desk software
  • Valid California Driver's License/ID

Skills:

  • Must have excellent troubleshooting skills, be able to provide quality customer service, and work well with staff
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced IT environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize time and tasks to complete work on schedule
  • Must possess excellent knowledge of operating systems, mobile OS and have familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to interact with a diverse community of colleagues and stakeholders
  • Ability to develop positive working relationships and a strong rapport with team members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Contribute positively to a work environment that is flexible, adaptable, and team-based
  • Demonstrate and support Crestwood Values and Behaviors
  • Complete daily expectations of specified work
  • Maintain quality expectations as outlined by management
  • Respond to incoming inquiries, telephone and/or written, from customers
  • Document all inquiry activities in the appropriate reporting system
  • Be prompt, present, and actively participate in required meetings and training
  • Complete assessments in a timely manner and meet/exceed standards as outlined by management
  • Perform advanced troubleshooting on complex issues
  • Build new/ repair Desktop and laptop computers
  • Provide needed assistance and set up for meetings and conferences within the company
  • Process all IT Requests, such as
    • New Hire
    • Terminations
    • Equipment requests
    • Email creation
  • Evaluate used equipment for e-waste or reuse
  • Provide assistance to fellow team members
  • Escalate trouble tickets to correct areas as needed
  • May require travel with little advanced notice
  • Complete other duties as needed

The salary range listed below represents the minimum and maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on factors including but not limited to candidate's skills, experience, licensure, and program acuity.

Pay Range:

$24—$29 USD
