Job Title: Call Centre Agent - Customer Service Advisor
Location: Brighton
Hours: Full-time, Casual
Salary: £19,838 per year (£10.90 per hour)

Candidate Profile
- Fluency in foreign languages will be an advantage
- A professional telephone manner
- Good communication and listening skills.
- A-levels or above academic qualifications
- Previous telesales experience advantageous

- Working either outbound or inbound campaigns handling customer requests either by phone or online.
- Building customer relationships
- Administration and Account Management duties
- Accurately enter pertinent customer data and research customer information
- Provide excellent customer service at every touchpoint, and should you need help managing a customer’s concern, your manager will be there to help with resolution
- Responsible for in-depth knowledge of products and services offered, learning about products and staying up to date on new product or policy changes.
