Part Time Call Centre Agent positions available to join our busy 247 call centre in Edinburgh.
The successful candidates will join our inbound contact centre where they will be responsible for
- Taking calls from the public using friendly, clear, telephone etiquette
- Creating taxi bookings ensuring accuracy in information
- Managing bookings confidently using our taxi booking system
- Logging feedback information in a professional and empathetic manner
- Dealing with any lost property enquiries
- Working as part of a team
- Demonstrating good customer service skills
The candidates:
- Confident and polite telephone manner
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Confident using PC/data entry with speed and accuracy
- Good customer service background/awareness
- Good listening and communication skills
- Understanding of importance and impact of role
Immediate start available.
Shift allowance for weekend work.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 10-20 per week
Salary: £11.28 per hour
