We're on the hunt for a Call Center Representative who's ready to take on the challenge of being the first point of contact between our company and our clients, both new and old. The perfect candidate will be confident and able to take responsibility for addressing customer issues, inquiries, and complaints with ease, all while keeping customer satisfaction at the forefront of their mind.
The Day-to-Day as a Call Centre Agent
As a Call Center Agent, your daily responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls with finesse, following communication scripts to address a wide range of topics. You'll be an expert in understanding customers' requirements, clarifying details, investigating issues and offering up the best possible solutions or alternatives. Not only that, but you'll also have an eagle eye for opportunities to sell additional products, while establishing strong relationships with customers by going the extra mile.
Of course, you'll also be an ace at keeping comprehensive records of all conversations in our call centre database and attending seminars to improve your knowledge and performance levels. You'll be motivated to meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals, and you'll have a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
Call Centre Agent Requirements
To be considered for this position, you must have previous experience in a customer support role and be equipped with strong phone and verbal communication skills, including active listening abilities. You should also be familiar with CRM systems and practices and have a customer-focused approach, adapting to different personality types with ease. As an efficient multitasker, you'll be able to prioritise and manage your time effectively, and at a minimum, have a high school diploma or equivalent. Get ready to join an exciting team!
