Grade: RCS.O
Shift pattern: Monday-Friday. Day-time only
Contract Type: Permanent, Full-time. Closing Date: 19th May 2023
This role will NOT be working from home.

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Act as the first point of contact for Hospital Logistics Customers
- To be the over the phone contact for DHL customers and to have a proactive approach to the coordination and communication of; customer information and enquiries.
- To manage the patient and hospital staff communications and ensure patient care is effective, understanding customer needs and representing DHL .difficulties
- Assessing and booking Transport for patients who require hospital transport following the NHS Trust guidelines.
- Translate, analyse and deliver customer needs through effective verbal communication.
- To be able to sign post an individual to alternative options if they fail patient transport.

- Previous experience dealing with patients.
- Excellent communications skills - Verbally and written.
- Maintains effective relationships, ensures performance is delivered and with Trust staff develops operational solutions.
- Works with clinical areas to improve patient experience.
- Focuses on customer needs and gains their commitment.
- Able to work in a clerical focused environment.
