**Due to company expansion we are seeking 4x new team members for our call centre role based in Derry/Londonderry**
Conexus Recovery is seeking full call centre advisors in our Derry/Londonderry office. We offer a competitive salary starting at £20,500, rising after probationary period to £21,000, plus monthly bonus, 22 annual leave days, & BUPA Health Care. Your working hours are 37.5 hours per week.
Your shift pattern is rostered between;
· 8am - 8pm Monday to Thursday
· 8-6pm Friday
· 9am - 2pm on Saturdays
· No Sundays
This is a Full Time permanent position and contracts currently available for immediate start. If you have previously applied you are on a waiting list.
Training will be based at our Derry/Londonderry Office.

As a Call Centre Advisor, you will report to your Team Leader and be responsible for:
· Dealing with inbound and outbound customer calls, replying to customers emails
· Speaking with customers’ in a professional and empathetic manner
· Negotiating payments and payment plans
· Processing payments
· Following up on missed payments
· Referring customers to third parties who can offer independent help if required
· Update customer accounts with relevant notes and outcomes
· Ensuring all activities take place in accordance with our Company value, Data Protection principles, Treating Customer Fairly principles and Compliance
We’ll provide great training, helping you develop an in-depth knowledge of our processes and procedures, and giving you the communication and people skills you’ll need to deliver the high standards of service our customers expect.
Our training is comprehensive, you do not need previous financial experience however, to be a successful Call Centre Advisor you should have;
· Previous experience of working in a call centre
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to self-motivate and work well as part of a team with a positive attitude
· Strong listening and questioning skills
· Proven experience of dealing with vulnerable customers
· Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise daily workload whilst working accurately under pressure
· A genuine drive to deliver excellence and work towards KPI’s
· A good level of computer literacy with ability to pick up new skills easily
