There has never been a better time to join Mortimer Clarke Solicitors (MCS) as we expand our already thriving Customer Operations department. We are on the lookout for committed and determined individuals to join our vibrant call centre in our Worthing office.
What you’ll be doing
- Handling inbound and outbound calls
- Providing exceptional customer service via telephone
- Tailoring affordable repayment plans to help our customers on the road to financial recovery
You’ll spend the first 5 weeks in office for training Mon-Fri between 8am-4pm. Once you’re ready to go you’ll move into our weekly shift patterns to ensure we’re there to support our customers when they need us. We’re open Mon-Fri between 8am-8pm and you’ll work an early week between 8am and 4.15pm, a late week between 12pm and 8pm and 1 in 3 Saturdays 9am-1pm (40 hours per week).
Please note that you need to be over 18 and we are unfortunately unable to accommodate any holiday during the first 6 weeks training period.
