Now we are looking for a Call Center Representative to join our UK team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and handling incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices. The successful candidate will also be expected to handle customer inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and provide accurate information about products and services.
Your tasks:
- Acceptance of customer calls on topics such as product consultation, technical problem solving & sales
- Forwarding relevant information to our Chinese branch
- Further development of customer service through the introduction of your own ideas
- Support of the Chinese team in terms of product development, customer consultation & service quality
Your profile:
- Excellent written and oral english skills, Chinese is an advantage
- Technical vocational training or experience is an advantage
- Proficient in the use of PC and software applications
- Experience in a call center or e-commerce is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £1,700.00-£2,400.00 per month
