What we are looking for
- Previous experience working in a call centre environment is desirable
- A strong communicator who can influence others and build strong working relationships and rapport with our guests and colleagues from across the business
- The ability to achieve great results and meet performance targets
- An organised individual with excellent time management skills and an ability to work under pressure
- A professional and safety conscious individual
Our Customer Service Coordinators are responsible for providing high standards of responses to our guests across contact channels including live web chats, telephone, and email. Working to key customer experience performance indicators our contact centre coordinators deliver outstanding levels of customer service, helping to create memorable experiences for our guests and ensuring their queries are responded to rapidly before they arrive at The Bear Grylls Adventure.
Every guest is different, so you’ll identify each guests’ individual needs, making sure to clarify information, research every issue, and provide a solution.
This is a permanent role offering on average 20 hours per week. Due to the nature of our unique business flexibility is a must and will be required to work weekends and bank holidays.
