We are looking for a Call Center Advisor to join our team in Nottingham. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls, providing customer service, and resolving customer inquiries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail. The successful candidate will also have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, as well as the ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service and technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information in the system.
- Escalate customer issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
