Job description
We are looking for organized and diligent Customer Service professionals to join our respected client in Redhill. You'll handle inbound calls and provide excellent service to our customers in this hybrid remote role.
Customer Service Advisor:
- Work from home 3 days per week
- 35 hour work week with 8 hour shifts
- Shifts between 7am - 8pm, Monday to Sunday
- 4 weeks paid training
- Start date: August 21, 2023
- Part-time hours will be considered
Requirements:
- Customer service experience
- Computer and technology skills
- Strong customer service abilities
- Weekend and bank holiday availability
- Reliable broadband for home office
