Are you passionate about organic, healthy ingredients, sustainability, and providing an exceptional customer experience? Do you have experience in hospitality? Then you could be the Café Team Member we’re looking for, who is motivated and excited to join our inviting café concept with organic Scandinavian food and quality coffee at its core.

About us

ARKET is a modern-day market that offers essential products for men, women, children and the home. ARKET’s mission is to democratise quality through widely accessible, well-made, durable products, designed to be used and loved for a long time.

The ARKET café is based on the principles of the New Nordic Food Manifesto. The café also aims to reflect the changing seasons through ingredients that distinguish the climate and landscapes of each local region.

Putting the guest first and being flexible comes naturally for you. You and your team will be responsible for creating a warm and inspiring café environment together with a unique local service culture. Some of your responsibilities include:

  • Put the guest first! Welcome and actively attend to the guest’s every need in a warm and genuine way

  • Prepare and provide quality coffee and food products at a consistently high standard

  • Promote the culture, values and concept of the café as a whole

Qualifications

As a person, you are communicative and have a positive attitude. You are efficient, team oriented, take pride in giving guests a high level of service and you are driven by quality. We value an outgoing personality and a genuine interest in providing personal service. If you have experience from the hospitality or retail industry that is of course of interest, but what we value even more is a genuine interest in being part of the ARKET store team, a passion for service and a willingness to constantly improve the café together with your team.
