Located in the heart of the community, we pride ourselves on creating a cozy environment where customers can savor delectable bites and aromatic brews.Position: Cafe Team Member (Part-time/Full-time)Job Responsibilities:Welcoming and serving customers in a friendly and efficient manner.Preparing and serving a variety of beverages including coffee and milkshakes.Cooking, presenting, and serving savory and sweet waffles.Handling cash transactions and using the Point Of Sale system.Maintaining a clean and tidy environment within the café.Assisting with opening and closing duties.Working cohesively in a team environment, while also capable of working independently.Adhering to health and safety standards.Participating in training sessions as needed.Requirements:Prior experience working in a coffee shop or cafe is preferred but not mandatory.Experience with café open/close procedures is a plus.Barista experience or a keen interest in learning.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends.Passionate about delivering high-quality customer service.Quick learner and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.Compensation:Hourly wage ranging from £7 to £12.50, based on experience and expertise.Training will be provided to the right candidate.Opportunities for growth within the company.How to Apply:Please submit your CV along with a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to [email address].
