Cafe Supervisor
Hours 37.5 hours per week
We are really excited to be reopening our Tea Rooms in Cannock and we are looking for an experienced front of house supervisor who enjoys meeting customers and developing people to achieve their potential and can carry out a broad range of operational tasks including:
- Supervising volunteers and other team members to ensure that daily are tasks are completed to the required standard
- Inducting, training and supporting volunteers and other team members
- Front of house duties
- Manage bookings and events
- Maintain standards for quality and appearance.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health codes and regulations.
