At Force Café, Ambleside, we have a Cafe Manager position, starting mid April.
Daytime shifts, with an occasional evening for a special event, this is a great opportunity to be part of something special.
We are searching for a Cafe Manager who will:
- Smoothly run the daily operations of Force Cafe with a hands on approach and always leading by example
- Build a warm and nurturing culture and promote training and personal development within the team
- Oversee daily costs in relation to the profit and loss account
- Take responsible for health and safety
- Contribute to Force related marketing activity
- Grow our customer base
