An exiting opportunity has arisen that requires a Café/Kitchen/Bar Worker to work at a second location for an already established café brand within Boston, Lincolnshire.
Delfino Caffe has been trading on Dolphin Lane in Boston for over 7 years and has recently opened a Café/Restaurant/Bar within the busy clubhouse of Boston Tennis Club on Sleaford Road which is open to members and non-members.
We are built on a reputation of using quality ingredients in our food whilst providing a relaxed customer service experience for our diners. We are looking to transfer this over to our new location and are looking for a likeminded, self-motivated and trustworthy individual who will be instrumental in understanding how we operate. Reporting to the Supervisor – you will be responsible for being the face of the Café and will provide the level of service and quality that our Customers expect. There will be times that you will be working on your own and will need to close the bar and lock up at night – You will need to be comfortable doing this.
The Successful candidate will not just be the face not just the Café/Bar but also the Tennis club so will be dealing with enquiries from potential new members and assisting with court bookings amongst other tasks.
Due to the Nature of the Business – We require somebody who is flexible to work daytime shifts and some evening shifts until 10PM

Job Responsibilities:
- Taking customer orders, Preparing Barista standard Coffee(Training Provided)
- Helping out in the kitchen if required – Preparing food in accordance with our quality and Hygiene procedures
- Ensuring the cleanliness of relevant areas and maintaining a cleaning schedule in accordance with food hygiene regulations
- Receiving delivered café supplies and verifying that the correct items and quantities have been delivered.
- Suggesting new menu items based on customers' preferences and feedback.
- operating the cash register, accurately handling cash or cashless transactions and providing payment receipts
- Opening or closing the establishment
- Dealing with Tennis Club enquiries and court bookings.
Requirements/Key Skills
- Minimum 5 GCSE A*-C (9-4)
- 18+ Due to service of alcohol
- Excellent customer service skills
- Reliabile
- Trustworthy
- The ability to work well with others
- The ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure
- A knowledge of food hygiene systems and food allergies is a strong advantage
- Level 2 food Hygiene is an advantage but training can be provided for the right candidate
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The ability to work weekends and evenings as well as day times
Job Types: Part-time, Zero hours contract
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary: £7.49-£10.42 per hour
