An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Catering Team
Tasks & Responsibilities:
Ensure that customers are given a prompt and efficient service and expectations are consistently exceeded. by being visible during service periods, approachable and quick in fulfilling customer needs.- Ensure all food and beverages are presented and served in line with specified standards.
- Ensure Food Safety and Allergen guidelines are followed.
- Work as a team and undertake duties in the catering areas as requested to ensure an efficient and effective service is delivered at all times.
- Promote an inclusive working environment for staff, colleagues and customers
- Work with your team to ensure that the unit meets statutory and company requirements of H&S, Food Safety and environmental legislation and procedures at all time
- Report all near misses, accidents and incidents within the location to your supervisor or manager
- Attend all training courses as required.
- Report all broken equipment to the supervisor or manager.
- Complete the unit cleaning schedules for the location on each shift
- Adhere to uniform, staff food and break policy.
- Show commitment to company values in all aspects of your role.
- Act as a positive ambassador for the business.
- Respond to any reasonable request from any member of the management team
