We are looking for an Aesthetic Practitioner to work with the team in Cavendish Southampton who is passionate about providing a 5* service to our clients and a top sales record behind them!
Our practitioners build and maintain positive relationships with clients to provide the very best client journey, as well as commercial benefits for both the clinic and them individually. Along with this passion, you will be ambitious and driven to excel in achieving your individual targets, and truly believe in our brand partnerships.
You will be confident in providing professional advice on face and body treatments and skin care products and possess that much needed gravitas to professionally influence and support your clients most personal needs, recommending additional treatments and skincare products where an opportunity arises.
We are looking for individuals with substantial aesthetics experience, particularly HydraFacial, Chemical Peels, micro needling, and CoolSculpt, in either a clinic or retail environment. If you have treated in some of these, but not all, we encourage you to apply as we do provide comprehensive training.

We understand pay is important, which is why we offer a generous base salary and unlimited performance bonus opportunity. We will also invest in you with the latest training in a variety of treatment techniques and ongoing development within the ever-evolving sector of aesthetics.
What qualifications and experiences would we like to see:
- At least NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy, or equivalent qualification, and at least 3 years' experience in aesthetic treatments. Level 4 or above is advantageous.
- A great understanding of what it takes to be part of a successful clinic, and confidence to upsell and cross sell to maximise revenue opportunities and the client journey.
- Flexibility is key. Our clinics are open 7 days a week, including most bank holiday (so we offer a 37.5 hour week on a rota basis covering our opening hours between 9.00am to 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am to 7pm on Saturdays, and 11am to 5pm on Sundays).
