Café Assistant
Salary scale £22,149 - £22,662 pro-rata per annum (£11.81 - £12.08 per hour)
Permanent, part-time, 20 hours per week
Mon – Fri 10am – 2pm
Term-time only, 30 weeks per annum
The Café Assistant will support the Coffee Shop Manager in the efficient and smooth running of the College’s busy “Social Hub” area.
You will have previous experience of working in a catering/conference environment, be able to demonstrate good customer-care skills and you will be confident when working independently at times and show initiative. Barista experience is beneficial, but training will be provided.
We offer 34 days (part-time pro rata) annual leave, free on-site parking, free use of gym and swimming pool, priority places at a local nursery plus other benefits commensurate with working for a large Cambridge University College.
