In this role you’ll be providing administration support to our HR team, both Resourcing, and Learning and Development. For our new starter process, that means making sure that all new starters have a fantastic onboarding experience - offer letters, contracts of employment, and variations to contracts are complete, making sure accurate personal details are added to systems and all pre-employment checks are conducted correctly. With Learning and Development, you’ll make sure all inductions are attended and delivered, all staff training sessions are completed, and everything is documented correctly.

About you:
What we’re really looking for are strong administration skills, great customer service skills and a desire for self-development. Someone who can manage their day and own their work.
You’ve got fantastic attention to detail and accuracy where entering data is concerned. You can manage multiple administration tasks at once and have the ability to see where the processes you’re working to can be improved and enhanced. You’re confident to communicating with people, you’re not afraid to pick up the phone instead of sending an email.
Location/Salary:
This is a remote role (working 37.5hrs a week from Mon-Fri) where you’ll be working from home, but you will need to be able to travel to our Head Office in Nottingham (NG8 6PZ) when required (so it’s probably easier for you if you live within a good commuting distance).
Although you’ll mostly be working from home, you’ll be part of a great team who’ll keep close and make sure that you’re supported on every step of your journey.
