Job description
Rockley Watersports are looking for Café Assistants to work at their Harbours Edge Beach Café based at Rockley Point, Poole. You will be working as part of a fast paced, hardworking team - who thrive under pressure, whilst offering exceptional customer service on a daily basis.
This exciting venture is based on the shores of Poole Harbour & duties include helping with all aspects of café life including:
- Serving hot & cold drinks
- Serving Ice cream & simple food
- Performing to a high level of Customer Service
- Point of sale. Working the till system and taking payments & up-selling.
- Keeping the café clean and tidy, meeting hygiene standards.
- Assisting, when required, in the preparation of our basic snack menu.
- Assisting with other duties within the company eg. helping in our residential facility.
- The successful candidate should have a fun, welcoming personality, and a willingness to get involved.
- They should be hard working, motivated, with a smiley personality.
Part time hours available to cover our peak season, weekends and school holidays.
Prior experience in a similar environment and a L2 Food Hygiene Certificate would be an advantage but is not essential.
We will be taking staff on, on a casual basis from April until mid to - late August
.

Salary: £7.50-£11.00 per hour
