Job description
Min 4.5 hours per week: Saturday & Sunday availability required.
MUST BE YEAR 12 OR ABOVE.
Flexibility to occasionally work more hours to help cover will be needed.
We are a well-established, thriving cafe, based within Moss End Garden Village.
As a Cafe Assistant, an example of the tasks you will be required to do include: serving customers using the till, preparing food, plating food orders, clearing tables, washing dishes, and doing routine cleaning.
We need a team member that is friendly and enthusiastic about what we do, with customer service at the forefront.
The ideal applicant would be self-motivated and use their initiative well. Being polite and courteous is essential, as we believe in going above and beyond for our customers. We need someone who works well within a team and thrives under pressure when it gets busy.
Previous experience in hospitality/catering is required. Kitchen experience is desirable but not essential.
Students studying Food Tech / Catering will be favoured.
