Job description
We are looking for enthusiastic & energetic individuals to join our dynamic Kids- clubhouse team. We are the best children soft play centre in Leeds and renowned for hosting amazing birthday parties in town – have a look at our google reviews- it says the all! We are looking for two individuals to join us as café assistant in extremely busy environment. We are a fast-paced but fun business and this is a great opportunity for someone who would like to enhance their hospitality/retail experience.
The main duties included are:
· Greeting and Engaging customers.
· Serving customers, taking payments and making coffee ( full training will be provided)
· Restocking, pot washing and cleaning the café area
· Customer communication - face to face/ emails and phone calls
· General housekeeping
We are looking for an individual who can work two days during the week - Monday & Tuesday and potentially 3rd day on weekend when required - 16 to 20 hours in total. Customer service experience is essential. More days/hours will be available during all half terms and summer holidays.
Role will have clear path of progression to become key holder and moving into the management role in the future. We want to ensure that we are supporting your long term development and hence business will support any individual who would like to enhance their professional skills by gaining work related experience.
