We are recruiting for 2x CAD Technicians to work from our Swindon office. Role and Responsibilities
This position involves a variety of duties, including:
· Processing and drawing survey data in AutoCAD 2D and 3D;
· Implementing our high quality CAD design standards and procedures to meet client needs;
· Maintaining a high level of precision and accuracy with all surveying and CAD projects;
· Developing more efficient CAD drawing procedures;
· Supporting other CAD colleagues, providing technical support where required;
· Maintaining contact with surveyors onsite to provide guidance to ensure operational and technical excellence and the most efficient data collection;
· Being adaptable and able to use your initiative. The wide range of surveying duties carried out by our surveyors results in many different data types which may require different processing procedures;
· Maintaining a positive working relationship externally with all clients, and internally with all levels of the company. We are a close-knit, welcoming team who value the importance of a friendly and comfortable working environment.
Required Skills
We are open to candidates with various levels of AutoCAD experience. Some knowledge of the latest relevant survey processing software packages including AutoCAD 3D, Revit and Building Information Modelling (BIM) would be highly desirable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,445.00-£30,325.00 per year
