Job description
In this role, you will learn how to produce steel fabrication drawings on CAD software. With support, you will become independent with doing this.

On successful completion of your Apprenticeship, you will be able to independently use 3D software and may even be able to go onto project management within the business.
Training Provided:
While learning on the job at Kenex Engineering, you will also attend Exeter College for 2 days a week.
Additional Information:
- Producing 2D drawings using AutoCAD software
- Amending/revising existing 2D drawings
- Liaise with Architects, structural engineers and clients to gain required information to enable completion of drawings
- Attend site to carry out measurement survey with experienced members of the team
- General office duties (filling, copying etc.)
