Job Title - Cable Cutting Operative
Main purpose of the job - Supporting timely order fulfilment by cutting and packaging cable whilst communicating effectively as part of the overall team.

Key Responsibilities
Perform your duties as instructed by the relevant team leader, which includes, but is not limited to the following:
- Cutting and packaging of custom length cable
- Lifting of cable reels for storage and cutting
- Organise and tidy cable cutting area
- Ensure computing side of cable cutting process is up to date
- Inspection of tools and equipment used to ensure it is fit for purpose and where any issues are identified that these be reported to the function manger
- Use of company tools and equipment in sensible and responsible way and as directed to ensure your safety and the safety of those around you
- Inform the team supervisor of any stock shortages
- Check on orders due as part of the order with other departments
- Raise quality related issues with the team leader
- Completion of documents used for record keeping related to orders
- Completion of weekly stock taking documents
- Demonstrate company values and behaviours through your conduct in a professional and diligent manner complying with GSUK policies and procedures
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,567.00-£22,594.00 per year
